Anouschka is a SafeSpace alumni (Nueva School class of 2022) who is passionate about mental health advocacy, storytelling, and the visual arts. At SafeSpace Stories, she’s the creator / manager, co-host of the podcast, website designer, and a writer and editor of the storytelling blog. In her free time, you can find her playing with her two cats, painting, watching Marvel movies, or getting lost in a book.

Bela is a senior at Menlo-Atherton High School who aims to eliminate the stigma around mental health through projects such as SafeSpace Stories. At SafeSpace Stories she’s the co-host of the podcast. Outside of SafeSpace, Bela enjoys being in nature and traveling while spending time with friends and family. Through sharing her own mental health journey, she hopes to inspire others to seek help.
